I’ll paint a picture just follow to get the secret.

So a young man hasn’t been around his dad’s company since he was born. Never knew how the company runs their affairs but then he’s about to be handed over the company by his father. He thought of what to do to be an effective and a productive boss and he came up with the idea of becoming a gate man in the same company! In my head I thought, “what is he doing? Stooping so low?!” Well the young man understood the place of Service!! He wanted to serve and see from the perspective of service!!

There are things you don’t get to learn or see as a boss, only service can give you that knowledge. The problem is not serving someone, the problem is your mindset! “Always think like a Boss then Serve and make that thought a Successful Reality”

There’s a process!!

Just like Jesus told His disciples in Mk.9:35 | MSG 35 He sat down and summoned the Twelve. “So you want first place? Then take the last place. Be the servant of all.”

Young people, the secret to being the First and the Boss is to SERVE!!. Serve but Don’t let your service tamper with your mindset!! Think like a Boss always but don’t neglect the place of Service!
